At Citron POS, we understand the critical role that POS Terminals and Kiosks play in your business operations. That’s why our refund and replacement policies are designed to ensure quick resolution and minimal disruption.
Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements
- Incorrect Device Shipped:If you receive a different Kiosk or POS Terminal than ordered, please share an image of the product along with your order number. We'll initiate a pickup and ship the correct device at no additional cost.
- Damaged on Arrival:For devices received with physical damage, send us an unboxing video and images along with your order details. Once verified, a replacement unit will be dispatched immediately.
- Missing Components:If accessories such as power adapters, touchscreens, or cables are missing, notify us within 48 hours. We will ship the missing parts or offer a refund if they are unavailable.
Important Notes
- All issues must be reported within 2 days of product delivery.
- Non-returnable items: Custom-configured devices or software-licensed terminals are not eligible for return unless proven defective or incorrectly delivered.
- Replacement devices are delivered within 4–5 business days after issue verification.
Refund Process
- Once a return is approved, refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- If a replacement cannot be provided for a missing or damaged item, a full refund will be issued for that component or unit.
